Purchasing and Shipping Policy
Please find all the necessary details regarding the purchase and shipping of original artwork, online courses, and digital downloadable products below. Your satisfaction is my priority, so please feel free to reach out to me at kaisa@kaisahart.com if you have any questions before making a purchase.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe in Euros. Please note, we do not store any of your card details.
Bank Transfer
For Finnish customers, you can choose to pay by bank transfer. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will be shipped once the funds have cleared in my account.
Shipping for Original Artwork
Shipping Process
All original artwork will be sealed, varnished, and carefully packaged for shipment within 1-3 business days. If the item has already been varnished, this will be stated in the product description for quicker shipping.
If you need your artwork delivered by a specific date, please contact me directly at kaisa@kaisahart.com before making your purchase. I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on your location. Please be aware that shipping costs may fluctuate due to circumstances beyond my control. If the shipping cost turns out to be significantly higher than originally quoted, I reserve the right to contact you and discuss the difference before proceeding with the shipment.
International Shipping
I am happy to ship internationally. Delivery times will vary by location. Please contact me at kaisa@kaisahart.com to discuss international shipping options before purchasing.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. I cannot accept responsibility for any additional charges incurred at customs.
Local Delivery
I offer free local delivery to Turku (Finland) and the surrounding areas. Please contact me before purchasing to discuss delivery options.
Online Courses
Course Access
Once your purchase of an online course has been completed, you will receive immediate access to the course platform. The course will be available through an online platform, and details on how to access the course will be sent to you via email after payment.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are available within the first 7 days of the course start date, provided that you have watched less than 50% of the course content. However, if you experience any technical issues or require assistance, please feel free to contact me at kaisa@kaisahart.com. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response to emails. I aim to get back to you as quickly as possible, and I appreciate your patience.
Online Membership
Course Access
Once your purchase of an online course/digital membership has been completed, you will receive immediate access to the course platform. The course will be available through an online platform, and details on how to access the course will be sent to you via email after payment.
Refunds and Cancellations
This is a subscription-based service. You will be billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partially used periods.
Under Finnish consumer law, you have a 14-day right to cancel your purchase. However, by joining, you agree that your access to digital content begins immediately, and you thereby waive this 14-day right of withdrawal.
Please note: All membership payments are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Digital Downloadable Products
Instant Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital product. Downloads are available immediately after purchase.
Refunds
As digital products cannot be returned, refunds will not be issued for digital downloads once they have been delivered. If you experience any issues with downloading the product, please contact me at kaisa@kaisahart.com, and I will be happy to assist you. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response to emails. I aim to get back to you as quickly as possible, and I appreciate your patience.
Returns and Refunds for Original Artwork
Your happiness with your purchase is my number one priority. If the artwork is not as you expected, you may contact me within 14 days of receiving the artwork to request a refund. If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact me via email at kaisa@kaisahart.com within 7 days of delivery with a photograph of the damage. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response to emails. I aim to get back to you as quickly as possible, and I appreciate your patience.
Payment for returns is the customer’s responsibility. For returns, you are responsible for ensuring the artwork is securely packed and returned via the same service. Upon receiving the artwork in its original condition, I will issue a refund within 14 days.
Please Note: Currently, I am unable to offer refunds or returns on products sent outside of Finland.
While I work hard to ensure my artwork is shown as accurately as possible, please note that slight differences may occur due to screen calibrations and other factors. These minor inconsistencies are not considered faults and will not be accepted as grounds for a return.
