I’m Kaisa Hart, an abstract artist, solution-focused art therapy instructor, creative coach, and mindful art teacher.
I’m so happy you’re here! I’m excited to share my mindful art journaling techniques with you. In this workshop, the focus is on the process, not the end result. You’ll learn to express yourself freely and creatively, bringing more balance and joy into your daily life.
Art and creativity are my passions, and I truly believe that art is an amazing tool for self-care. I’m not just saying this — I’ve experienced it first-hand!
