How does it work?
You get to decide what type of creative approach you’d like to take during out sessions. Ever feel like your most creative ideas come alive during a good conversation? If so, you’re not alone!
Discussion-based creative coaching allows you to tap into your subconscious mind through conversations where we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings, using powerful questions to unearth hidden ideas and unexpected insights.
Visual expression is naturally also a truly powerful form of creative coaching. All of the visual exercises are based on art therapy methods, and my coaching is always solution-focused and forward-looking. This way, you discover incredible resources within yourself and progress towards your goals through the practical steps you set during our meetings.
Our coaching sessions will take place every 1-2 weeks remotely in Google Meet. You will need your own materials if you are interested in trying out art therapy methods – this is completely voluntary and just pen & paper are enough for most of the exercises.
In coaching, you won’t be given advice; instead, through various questions and exercises, you will discover for yourself what you want and how to create a life that fulfills you.

Individual coaching sessions are perfect if you find yourself stuck or need guidance on a specific topic.
They’re also ideal for a taster session, allowing you to dip your toes in before committing to a full package.

Four coaching sessions can be spread over a month or two, depending on whether you prefer weekly or bi-weekly meetings. Your choice might depend on your schedule and goals; occasionally, a bit more time between sessions can be beneficial.
I typically recommend meeting once a week as a default.
A block of 4 sessions provides ample time to observe substantial changes in your thinking, mindset, and behavior.

You get one session for free when you book a block of 6.
Opting for a block of 6 coaching sessions provides a wonderful opportunity for a deep-dive into your goals and aspirations.
I highly recommend this option if there are multiple aspects of your life that you would like to work on or if you have long-term goals that you are looking to achieve.
