    You'll learn how to build confidence in your creativity, find peace in the process, and rediscover the simple joy of making - just for you.

  • Do I need expensive materials or special supplies?

    Not at all. I’ll offer a simple suggested materials list, but you’re encouraged to use what you already have. A book for the art journal, some paints, pens, old papers for collage - it’s all about making it easy, accessible, and joyful.

  • What if I fall behind during the course?

    There’s no such thing as falling behind here. You can move through the lessons at your own pace, revisit them whenever you like, and return to your art journal whenever it feels right. This is a gentle journey, and your timing is perfect exactly as it is.

  • Can I start the course later if I'm busy right now?

    Yes, absolutely. When you join, you get lifetime access to all the course materials. That means you can start, pause, and revisit the course whenever it fits your life. No pressure, no rush - only support when you’re ready.

  • Will I be able to fit this into my busy schedule?

    Yes, absolutely. This course was designed with busy lives in mind. Each lesson is inspiring yet easy to follow. You can create at your own pace, whenever you find a little pocket of time for yourself - I recommend taking just 10-20 minutes a day and creating one layer at a time. Module 1: Vintage Whispers ✨

Week 1 begins with intuition & appreciation. 💖

In this calming, personal lesson, you’ll create the first layer of your art journal page using vintage collage, scribbled journaling, and soulful presencem- all inside a special old book passed down in the family.

You’ll explore how to layer papers with heart, journal intuitively, and try a beautiful self-care practice I call appreciation journaling - a gentle way to acknowledge your effort and show up with compassion.

No pressure, no planning - just quiet creativity, one layer at a time.

Module 2: Returning to Yourself ✨

In the week 2 grounding lesson, we’ll create inside an old sketchbook - one filled with forgotten marks and textures. Instead of starting fresh, we’ll build on what’s already there, turning past layers into the foundation for something new.

You’ll begin with a simple collage to support the page, then dive into intuitive journaling with the prompt “Returning to yourself.” Using journaling as a tool, you’ll write freely - messy, honest, imperfect - and reflect on what you appreciate about yourself in this moment.

This is your space to come home to yourself. No pressure. No performance. Just presence on the page.

Module 3: Joyful Collage ✨

This week 3 vibrant lesson is all about playful exploration and creative joy!

You’ll begin with a calming art therapy exercise to ground yourself, then dive into making your own stamps and collage papers - a fun, hands-on way to reconnect with your inner child.

Finally, we’ll use those handmade elements to create a richly textured art journal page, adding tissue and layers for beautiful dimension.

    Keys to Mindful Art Journaling is a 4-week journey. Each week, you’ll receive new gentle lessons and invitations to explore your creativity at your own pace.

    Each week, you’ll get a new video lesson, creative prompts, and supportive encouragement to build a mindful art journaling practice. You’ll layer, play, reflect, and discover your creative voice - one joyful page at a time.

    Instead of traditional "projects," you’ll be gently guided to create layered, mindful art journal pages. Each week offers a different creative focus - like playful mixed media layers, intuitive mark making, and thoughtful reflections.

  • What is the refund policy? What does lifetime access mean?

    Because of the nature of digital courses and the instant access to all materials, I’m not able to offer refunds. I encourage you to take your time reading the course information carefully to make sure it feels right for you. I’m always here if you have any questions before joining!

    Lifetime access means you can return to the course materials whenever you like, for as long as the course exists (as long as I am in business). Whether you want to revisit lessons months or even years later, they’ll be there waiting for you. In case of removing the course, you will be given the opportunity to download the materials.

    You don't need anything fancy! I’ll share a simple materials list, but most of it can be adapted to what you already have - think a journal, paints, pens, collage bits, and your beautiful curiosity. ✨

    No, this is so much more than learning techniques. This is about building a sustainable, joyful creative practice that nourishes your well-being. It’s a soft return to your creative self - without pressure, without perfection, and always with kindness.

  • Do I need to be on Facebook to join the course?

    Absolutely not! ❤️ The community is currently in a Facebook group, but I have plenty of students who have participated in the course without a Facebook account. In that instance I encourage you to stay in touch with me via email so that I can support you as much as possible throughout the course.
