Iβm Kaisa Hart - abstract artist, mindful art journaling teacher, creative coach, and a deep believer in the power of slow, intentional art making.
This experience is all about process over perfection. Weβre not here to make βprettyβ pages - weβre here to pause, to play, and to reconnect with ourselves through marks, layers, and gentle noticing.
Art has completely reshaped how I move through the world. Itβs become my anchor, my practice, my way of tending to myself. And now, itβs my greatest joy to help others discover that same creative grounding, regardless of experience or background.
