I’m Kaisa Hart - abstract artist, mindful art journaling teacher, creative coach, and a deep believer in the power of slow, intentional art making.

This experience is all about process over perfection. We’re not here to make β€œpretty” pages - we’re here to pause, to play, and to reconnect with ourselves through marks, layers, and gentle noticing.

Art has completely reshaped how I move through the world. It’s become my anchor, my practice, my way of tending to myself. And now, it’s my greatest joy to help others discover that same creative grounding, regardless of experience or background.

You don’t need to be a professional artist, or to have any β€œtalent” - whatever that might mean. You just need curiosity, a page, and a little willingness to begin. πŸ’–
